How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will see on screen a ‘thank you for your order’, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed.
If we need to contact you about your order, we will attempt to reach you by email or telephone.
On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been failed unjustly, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.
What if I’ve made a mistake on my order?

The Treatment Rooms’ gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Your credit card statement will read ‘The Treatment Rooms’ and the charge will be taken in Sterling and converted into your own currency if necessary.

All gift vouchers may be used as payment for goods or services at The Treatment Rooms.
The Treatment Rooms gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Treatment Rooms gift vouchers may only be exchanged for goods or services of the same value or a higher price than the face value. If exchanged for goods or services of a lower price then a credit will be added to the customer’s name.
This voucher may be used for settlement of accounts.
If you are dissatisfied with goods or services purchased online, please return these in the same condition as supplied by us within 7 days from date of purchase for a refund.
This voucher is only valid if complete, not defaced in any way.
The Treatment Rooms will not be liable in the event of this voucher being lost, damaged or stolen.
The Treatment Rooms only collects customer and/or recipient details for the purpose of the order and delivery processes involved in our online gift voucher service.

No sensitive information is sent directly from your computer to our web server. The Treatment Rooms uses SECPay secure servers to authorise credit or debit card transactions.
Sensitive data is sent using encryption to prevent data being intercepted during transmission via SECPay’s secure servers. The Treatment Rooms does not store credit card numbers used for online purchases on our computer database.
