Staff and client safety and well being is our priority. The team have all done a COVID-19 training and a Health & Safety Back to Work Plan. We have implemented new policies which adhere to industry and government guidelines. These will be constantly reviewed and updated along with announcements from government.

On booking you will receive a medical form which requires your vaccination dates, if you have been vaccinated. This is a requirement of our insurance to check the treatment can go ahead if within 2 weeks of vaccine. Also, some treatments may require a new patch test.

We ask you not to attend for your appointment if you have cold/flu or COVID-19 symptoms. Until younger members of our team are fully vaccinated we will keep measures in place to protect them and you.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or email. We will follow up with a call to check screening questions the day before your appointment, these are on your confirmation email too. This is done the day before your treatment so our information is current.

You can pay online through our app, The Treatment Rooms Brighton, or we will ask for payment when we call to avoid congestion at reception. If you are new to us or having a new treatment we will send a consultation form electronically for you to return. If you don’t have that technology you can use our iPad in salon.

We will stagger client and staff arrivals.

We ask you to arrive at reception with a face mask.

You will be asked to use a hand sanitizer and where you can wash your hands.

All our treatments are performed in an enclosed treatment room 121 with your therapist. each room has an air purifier as does reception and our staff room.

Staff will be having a rapid flow test twice a week to ensure they do not have the virus while showing no symptoms.

We will use disposable equipment where we can and if not we will clean and sterilize equipment after each treatment.

We have allowed time for treatment rooms to be ventilated regularly.

We have ‘sneeze shields’ and hand sanitizers at reception. Our reception team will work side by side with space between them.

Staff have appropriate PPE for their role. Masks, gloves, aprons and optional face shields.

Your confirmation email on booking will give clear guidelines about our new procedures and cancellation policy.

You can still expect a high standard of safety and treatment while we are in this transitionary period. We value your support and open to any feedback if you think we’ve missed anything and can improve. You can email our owner clare@thetreatmentrooms.com
