Staff and client safety is our priority. The team have all done a Barbicide COVID-19 training and a Health & Safety Back to Work Plan. We have implemented new policies which adhere to industry and government guidelines. These will be constantly reviewed and updated along with announcements from government.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or email. We will follow up with a call to check screening questions the day before your appointment, these are on your confirmation email too. This is done the day before your treatment so our information is current.

You can pay online through our app, The Treatment Rooms Brighton, or we will ask for payment when we call to avoid congestion at reception. We ask you to attend on your own, no children or friends to wait for you in salon. If you are new to us or having a new treatment we will send a consultation form electronically for you to return. If you don’t have that technology you can use our iPad in salon which will be cleaned after every use.

We will stagger client and staff arrivals.

We will take your temperature on arrival with a non-contact thermometer. Staff will have theirs taken too. We ask you to arrive at reception with a face mask.

You will be shown to where you can wash your hands.

All our treatments are performed in an enclosed treatment room 121 with your therapist.

We will use disposable equipment where we can and if not we will clean and sterilize equipment after each treatment.

Our relaxation room is temporarily out of use.

There will be no food or beverages provided. Please bring your own water.

There will be no retail testers available. You can purchase products online and we can have them ready for you to collect or we can deliver.

We have allowed an additional 15 minutes between each appointment for your therapist to clean the room.

We have ‘sneeze shields’ and hand sanitizers at reception. Our reception team will work side by side with space between them.

We have removed magazines and brochures. Our seating has been changed to wipeable materials.

Staff have appropriate PPE for their role. Masks, gloves, aprons and face shields.

Your confirmation email on booking will give clear guidelines about our new procedures and cancellation policy.

You can still expect a high standard of safety and treatment while we are in this transitionary period. We value your support and open to any feedback if you think we’ve missed anything and can improve. You can email our owner clare@thetreatmentrooms.com
