’Top Shops. The Treatment Rooms. For beauty sleep on the go – this 100% Long Mulberry Silk filled pillow available from Brighton’s Treatment Rooms – has a removable, washable, silk pillow slip. Silk helps reduce the signs of ageing as it protects the skin from developing more lines and sleep creases by not allowing it to dry outduring the night or absorb your skin care products. Treatment of The Month.
Heavenly Hydration Ritual.
I was met by the wonderful Jessica who firstly brushed my body to get rid of the dead skin cells, then came the exfoliation. This was made up of coffe and sea salt and every inch was worked on from the soles of my feet to my elbows. An enriched massage and oils came after which was heavenly.

If you’re anything like me you will have, um, indulged yourself over the past week in the easter fest that is chocolate – you may still be spoiling yourself – and starting to feel a bit sugar bombed-out.
At this point I usually start downing bottles of water to stop me feeling like a complete slug, and try to stay off the lattes in order to stop myself sliding into total system meltdown. Over the holiday break I experienced something else that helped on the old congestion front too: an Aromatherapy Salt Glow and a Detoxifying Body Booster – treatments I had back-to-back at The Treatment Rooms in Brighton. Never been?

Treat yourself to a spa in the city beside the sea on the south coast.
Set bang in the middle of the town’s bustling cultural quarter, it’s a five-minute stroll from the seafront and Brighton’s famous pebble beach. The road the spa stands on (New Road) was commissioned by the Prince Regent at the same time as the Royal Pavilion. Calm, serene and fragrant, Brighton’s largest urban day spa and beauty salon – there are ten treatment rooms – is the epitome of understated cool. Think polished wood, perfect light, music you want to shut your eyes to, plus a something-for-everyone treatment menu (even the boys).
